DCI technical expertise, in addition to many years in the construction industry, provides a diverse corporate background with the ability to rapidly respond to our client's needs.
We are currently equipped with the latest GPS technology that enables us to offer the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency in quantification and site control. This system works from digital site plans and continuously uploads design information. This reduces initial staking and eliminates most re-staking thereby eliminating significant costs associated with continual sur-veying and engineering throughout the job. This translates to significant savings for our cus-tomers.
DCI is an associate member of the Southern California Building Industry Association and is participating in their GREEN TECHNOLOGY programs.
DCI specializes in projects requiring the technical knowledge and skills necessary to implement hands on solutions, control costs, and maintain schedules.
DCI’s bid proposals are structured to provide maximum levels of effort depending on the needs and requirements of the client.
DCI personnel provide permitting and regulatory compliance assistance by maintaining contacts with the client and staffs of various Federal, State and Local regulatory agencies. This enables DCI personnel to identify and understand the objectives and performance goals necessary for agency compliance and client understanding. It also insures proper guidance for clients, appropriate project completion dates thereby minimizing costs and associated risks.
Our Residential Division has experience in both flat land and hillside construction. Our Management has constructed over 10,000 residential units in California. In addition to our own fleet of equipment, we are associated with the largest equipment suppliers in Southern Califor-nia which allows us to handle any size project.
Our Commercial Division is equipped to handle smaller projects, such as strip centers to large regional shopping centers that require multiple move-ins to coordinate with other subcon-tractors.
Our Remediation Division deals with issues pertaining to Sub Surface conditions in Oil Fields and other industrial uses to develop remediation solutions. Quantification and Threshold Assessment for these difficult variables are invaluable for today’s Builder/Developer. Our con-struction related services allow the Builder/Developer to work with one team from initial site assessment to grading and remediation to finished pads and completed site work.
Our Equipment Suppliers supply all of our specialized and heavy earth moving equip-ment allowing us to perform any type of grading or remediation operation. Most of the equip-ment we use has been retrofitted to Factory Tier III Low Emission Engines.
Included is our corporate resume which details a cross section of past projects completed by DCI Management over the last forty years throughout the western United States.
The primary goal of DCI’s staff is to provide a broad range of experience to ensure full service capabilities to our clients. The principles have over seventy-five (75) years in engineering construction and equipment experience.
